Our preventative maintenance program is set up to ensure your doors stay in tip-top shape year round.
Are your doors built well enough to withstand strong storms and high wind?
Our self-storage doors are built to industry specifications for Miami-Dade County hurricane rating. They are built strong enough to withstand strong storms and hurricanes.
How many colors are the doors available in?
We offer 22 different finishes and colors. You can specify the colors and finish you want. If you need it matched to your existing finish of other doors or exteriors we can work with you to create a consistent appearance, even if some of your doors have not been purchased through us.
How long do the springs last on your industrial doors?
Springs are sometimes the first things to wear out, but ours are solidly built to last a long time. Our springs are engineered out of galvanized steel and are built to last 100,000 cycles or more. As part of our maintenance program, we routinely check the springs and will replace them once they get near the end of their cycle.
